My 80's Girl

So for Kaitlynn's Spring concert, they were supposed to dress up like the 50's, 60's, 70's or 80's.  She really wanted to be a hippy, but we didn't have anything that would work.  So I opted for 80's.  So I pulled out my hair crimper (yes I still have the one I had from the 80's, but I used the newer one.)  I bought her a black and white polka dot skirt and some footless tights. I almost got the bike shorts but didn't think  she'd wear them.  An off the shoulder black shirt topped it off.  I think she looked adorable.

I Can Buy Corn on the Cob Again!!

Ashley's braces came off today after almost 3 years!!  She will have to wear a retainer but at least I don't have to cut her corn for her any more.  Happy Day!!

Yes I'm Obsessed With Twilight Crafts!!!

So my very bestest friend Becky loved the magnets I made for Stephanie.  She just happens to share a birthday with Stephanie too.  So for her birthday, I made her a set of Twilight magnets.  I used my new Sizzix Big Shot to make the bases this time.  And I think they turned out so cute.

But first here is her card.  Of course it's Alice, Becky's favorite character.

Carlisle and Esme

Emmett and Rosalie

Jasper and Alice

Edward and Bella all dressed up

Edward and Bella casual

And you can't forget Jacob

So here they are!  Aren't they cute?  I just might be willing to make more because you know, I'm well obsessed with them.   OK, I really just like to color and play with paper.

Craft Crap is Cleaned Up!!

So I finally got all of my crap cleaned up this weekend, had to stay inside because it was cold and rainy.   Now I can start making a new mess, I mean working on projects again.

Here are a few things that I finished a while ago but couldn't post until I gave them out.

Jada's Birthday Card:
This stamp, from the Greeting Farm, looks just like Jada so I had to make her this card.

This one I did just to do, but isn't she cute?

This one was for Mason.  It's one of my favorites at the moment.  And yes it's a Greeting Farm stamp.

So I'll post more later.  The kids have delayed start today so I have to get them ready for school now.

Evan's Clipboard

Evan started using a clipboard to do his math homework.  It was just a plain old one that I had lying around.  Because I've made so many for other people, Evan wanted me to decorate his.  He really wanted dinosaurs, but I couldn't find any dinosaur paper at the time.  But I did find this really cute robot paper.

Kaitlynn's Journal

Kaitlynn begged and begged for me to make her a journal.  I took her to Joann's so she could pick out the paper.  She also picked out the Hello Ian stamp for the image.

Some Cards

I made this one for my cousin for her bridal shower.  Flower stamp is from Heidi Grace.  For the flower, I stamped it three times and cut each image out differently then assembled it with foam tape.

This one was for my Mom for her birthday.  Stamp is Dahlia from the Greeting Farm.  Lots of hand stitching on this one.

This one was for Butch.  Stamp is Hello Ian from the Greeting Farm.
